Our warehouse is operating, however due to the Covid19 situation deliveries may be slightly delayed.
We use a secure courier service or the postal service to make sure your shoes reach you safe and sound. Please be sure to correctly enter your postal address and mobile number to insure swift delivery.

Delivery in 4-17 working days depending on location. Orders are shipped from two different locations depending on the style.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer delivery to any PO Box addresses.
How do I track my parcel?
You can follow the progress of your new comfortable workwear by clicking or tapping through from your confirmation email. This will be updated at each stage by our courier. If the tracking says your parcel has been delivered and you have not received your parcel, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.
If I’m not home when my delivery is expected, what can I do?
It is important to enter your mobile number with your order details as well as Post code. The courier will usually phone if no one is home. If being delivered by the postal service, they generally leave a note with instructions.
Has my order been dispatched?
You’ll receive an email including your tracking information for your order as soon as it’s been dispatched.
In order to be more environmentally friendly, your dispatch note which includes order and returns information will now be emailed to you instead of being in your parcel.
